Product reorder Points are Represented by a Minimum and Maximum stock level. When generating an order you can choose to Order Products Below Minimum or Below Maximum level and then order up to Minimum or Maximum Level. Check out this Article.

Returning Products to your Supplier for a Credit ? Open the Supplier Return for Credit Screen, type the Parts or Retrieve the Transaction to be credited, edit it and Process. There are two parts to the process 1. Return for Credit Request and then the Finalise stage. Have a look at this Tutorial.
Importing Products from overseas is done through our Goods Import Screen. When Placing your supplier order the correct part number and FOB cost in foreign currency will be sent. Once the goods arrive, retrieve them into the Import Goods in Screen. Then enter the shipping costs and the exchange rate to calculate the Landed cost of each line. Here is more information
Creating Reorder Levels with 50,ooo plus product lines can take many hours. So Peach Software has a Matrix to store Unlimited Algorithms to generate these levels for any group of products. Taking into account product Performance, Category, Supplier, lead Times and even Group and Subgroup, each Algorithm can update these levels based on 1 to 24 Months sales history. Once generated the Parts that belong to an Algorithm are tagged so you can revisit it to make finer adjustments anytime. This is an interesting Tutorial.
Overseas Order are sometimes shipped according to your Order, however production and availability demands that Items from multiple outstanding Orders are mixed and shipped together.
This is where the transit screen comes in handy. Simply import the shipping advice into the transit screen, and the Items from across multiple outstanding orders, are moved to the next shipment, and ETA dates are adjusted accordingly. Have a look at this Tutorial.

Peach Software includes the Goods Import Screen.
In the Product Control screen you can store the Suppliers FOB cost in the foreign currency and the Suppliers Part number. So when you send your indent orders, they detail the suppliers Part No and The quoted price avoiding confusion and over charging.
When the goods arrive, simply enter the Exchange Rate, duty and shipping costs. The software will then calculate the FIS in your local Currency. You can even have the Duty % entered against each individual product to automate this and fully cost the products. Click Here for more information
Peach Software Inventory system has Multi Branch capacity.
In the Peach Inventory System you can divide your business into Branches. A Branch can be anything from a fully operational warehouse with staff to stock in a Reps car or even a customer who holds some of your stock on consignment. Although these numerous scenarios require very different setups, they can have their own stock re order levels, performance reporting, bin locations and transaction counters. The transactions from these branches can also be tagged to flow to their own GL code for the P&L reports.

For Multi Branch clients no further setup is required.

Peach Software can provide Complete Hosting if you would prefer which also includes Automated backup software.
Workstations
Peach Software has two modes of operation.
- Application Mode – For devices running the Windows operating system.
- Web Browser Mode – For any other device which can run the Chrome Browser.
We strongly recommend Windows 10 Workstations for internal day to day operators, as there are some elements of Peach not available on Non Windows Devices due to Browser Secuirty polocies that we have no control over such as printing a document without opening it through a viewer first. Call and talk to us if you need more information.
Reps using tablets in the field can perform live Ordering or Invoicing then email the transaction directly to the client making it unnecessary to print the transaction.
Security is tight as there is no need for operators to log into the server to use the software. They simply enter their username and password and viola. Just as easy as they connect and operate you have the control at your fingertips to block them instantly. Read More about Hardware Requirements
Is PeachV12 a Hosted Application? Your Choice !
A Hosted Application simply means that your Application and Data is stored on a remote physical server, somewhere on the Internet.
With Peach V12, you decide where you want your data. You can Host your data within your own operation or on a Cloud server. If you prefer a Hosted Service then we would recommend an Australian Service so that Senior support people and scheduled maintenance is based on local time. Often with international sites their 24 Hour support is of a lower standard during our business hours , being their after hours.
Either way, you can Operate & Print from any location in the World without Server Sessions or VPN’s. Much more secure than other methods as no path to data is open.
Hosting Available
You have the choice of choosing your own Virtual Server provider or one that we have already made arrangements with. We have negotiated with this supplier for a realistic price. It will be a yearly invoice from $650 for Lite Hosting or $1190.00 for Pro Hosting. Prices Include g.s.t. NOTE: We are not the providers and don’t warrant or guarantee this service but have found the providers service and product to be reliable. The servers are based in Australia

Reliable Internet Connection
Understand that once your system is on a cloud server your internet connection becomes critical to running your business. Any internet failure will stop you from trading. You may want to consider the reliability of your internet provider and consider a Modem that can use a sim card in the event of a failure.

There are many Automated Cloud Backup Services around, and you are welcome to choose one yourself, however we have searched and tested to find a reliable provider
The product we have selected is iDrive. Peach Software has partnered with iDrive and purchased a sizeable amount of space in order to pass this service onto our clients at a reasonable price. Peach Software would like to acknowledge that we are not the providers, and don’t warrant or guarantee this service but have found the providers service and product to be reliable and we will keep monitoring the service to ensure ongoing reliability.
If you would like us to include you in this service, please email. The charge to setup & monitor the service and backup Peach related files is $390.00 / Year Inc. g.s.t. This provides 15GB of space which we have determined is enough to include the last 12 monthly folders, History Files, Reference files, Databases and Product Pictures plus more. As part of this service, Peach Software can retrieve these from iDrive on your behalf should your hardware be compromised or destroyed. More space is available should you require it and multiple devices can be backed up including phones. All data backed up is encrypted.
Extra devices $195.00 / Year / Device
Extra Storage $50.00 / Year / 10G
Once initiated the service will take multiple snapshots a day of all Peach related files which have changed.
This Service and the Warrantee for this service provided by Peach Software is limited to Initial Setup, Monitoring, Support & Assistance if recovery is necessary. In the case of a recovery an IT person will still be required to recover and re setup the hardware for a new Peach installation. Whilst Peach Software takes all care possible, it does not warrantee the iDrive service itself.
