I will admit to being very concerned over changing our inventory system from AroFlo to Peach. Not Being so comfortable with change, I was quite anxious in the lead up to our transition.
The step by step instructions, access to a “trial” to get familiar with the program, check lists and the very patient support staff at Peach, proved that my concerns were unnecessary. All the background and migration data was taken care of by Peach and our new system was ready to use on transition day. With some minor “tweaks” we were all good to go. The tutorials are very informative and the support staff have been available and willing to help out with any queries that I have had. Contacting them is easy and they always reply promptly.
We have found the different search functions very helpful, which makes us look good when we have a customer on the phone who is asking about a part. Being able to find their part quickly improves the experience for our customers which is always a good thing. Ordering stock has become so much quicker and easier! A few clicks and Peach populates our orders for us, leaving more time for running the business and not being stuck in the office.
We have only been using Peach for a few months and look forward to increasing our knowledge so that we can utilise more of Peach’s wonderful capabilities.

We made the change to Peach after struggling for too long with another software that struggled to keep up with the amount of inventory we had, and actually suited the way our business operates.
The below points are the reasons we are happy we have made the switch.
- This is the first software we were able to complete a proper stocktake, that would save and wouldn’t crash the system.
- Accurate stock levels in the shop and each vehicle is now possible.
- We used to have to setup blanket discounts for customers and try to remember to cancel the discount on low margin items – no longer with peach. Various items get setup by group code.
- Setting sell prices to a margin, rather than just cost plus markup, and seeing these figures live while playing with quotes is a gamechanger.
- Whenever there is an issue, The tech support team are only too happy to help out, and can easily jump on a shared screen over the phone and resolve issues quickly.
- There is so much more potential of this powerful software, we have only just scratched the surface and are excited to get more into it.

We transitioned to Peach from MYOB as Peach offered a more flexible and easier to use system. The focus for us was to have a POS system that had a solid back-end. The ability to have multiple branches within the platform was the kicker for us, as previously we had no idea on how much stock was held in our service trucks. Peach provided the ability to control stocks across our workshop and our multiple service vehicles.
Peach makes transfer of stock between branches seamless, there are infinite reports able to be chosen and generated, if there isn’t a report in the system to use, Peach will customise a report for you.
The product control and ordering system within Peach is exceptional, with the ability to have multiple supplier part numbers, costs and MOQ’s listed under your part number is a massive time saver. You order your part numbers and peach converts your part number to the suppliers part number automatically. This also helps when receiving goods from various suppliers, as the order sheets list both part numbers for easy cross reference.
Whenever we have had a question or are stuck, the support staff at Peach Software are always happy to help and get back to us when required.
