We switched to Peach Software from a competitor approximately six years ago. We were immediately struck by the versatility and adaptability of Peach when compared to the software we had been using for 10+ years previous.

During the changeover and data transfer from our old system, Peach staff were on hand and the process was far less daunting than we anticipated, training was provided for all staff and Judy was incredibly helpful.

Peach makes transfer of stock between branches and integration of data from multiple stores seamless, there are infinite reports able to be chosen and generated, if there isn’t a report in the system to use, Peach will likely be able to custom tailor one for you and save it in your menu.

One of the best attributes of Peach is the way in which stock is managed and supplier orders are generated, the system designed by Peach saves me hours every week, whilst generating a supplier order stock in other branches can be viewed, a very helpful tool for controlling stock on hand in multiple stores.

Peach allows me to work from home at nights and on weekends as well as some of our sales staff permanently working from home, with all the tools at our finger tips as if we were in store.

The technical support from Peach and consistent updates with new additions to the software show Peach is dedicated to providing the very best POS software on the market. We made the change to Peach after struggling for too long with another software that struggled to keep up with the amount of inventory we had, and actually suited the way our business operates.

The below points are the reasons we are happy we have made the switch.

  • This is the first software we were able to complete a proper stocktake, that would save and wouldn’t crash the system.
  • Accurate stock levels in the shop and each vehicle is now possible.
  • We used to have to setup blanket discounts for customers and try to remember to cancel the discount on low margin items – no longer with peach. Various items get setup by group code.
  • Setting sell prices to a margin, rather than just cost plus markup, and seeing these figures live while playing with quotes is a gamechanger.
  • Whenever there is an issue, The tech support team are only too happy to help out, and can easily jump on a shared screen over the phone and resolve issues quickly.
  • There is so much more potential of this powerful software, we have only just scratched the surface and are excited to get more into it.
