Hide products, Customers or Suppliers
This feature has been requested by a number of users since they cannot delete older Parts, Customer or Suppliers while ever there are transactions in the last 24 months. So the next best thing is to hide them so that staff cant accidentally use them and it also helps keep the look up screens a little less congested with old information. The Hidden Parts can also be locked out of sales side screens so they just cannot be used. You will still have to maintain the same reorder controls however to make sure the parts are not reordered, that is No Min max Levels and change the Group Code to “ZZ”
