Provide your customers with a Shopping List

One of the great features about the new Trade Connect Portal is the Express Parts Tab. This is populated with a list of products created for each individual online customer. It can be a list of products your customer often buys from you or some other products you’d like to suggest. Perhaps a mixture of both.

To populate your clients express parts list simply create a Quote and enter “POL” into the Order No Field.

Once you enter the list of parts, try editing an item by adding the word “SPECIAL” in front of the description to display a STAR and provide a special price. Don’t forget to add it to the Customers price Matrix.
